Contacting us about an order?
To help us find your order and deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please include:

- A short description of what you need help with
If you're contacting us about a product that has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please explain the issue clearly. We may ask you to provide photographs so that we can look into it for you.
