Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty, personal-care or sealed products cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for returning the item. Returns must be approved before they are sent back.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
